Apricot and Citra Dry-Hopped Sour (Dry Hopped Kettle Sour w/Fruit) 5.0% abv [5 IBU]

Based off our 2018 Canadian Brewing Awards gold medal winning recipe, we’ve finally brought this one back. Made with almost 600lbs of apricot puree, making it our highest ever fruiting rate. We’ve also dry hopped this beer with cryo Citra for a clean tropical fruit backnote that compliments the tart apricot character. Huge fruit flavour but with minimal sweetness and a nice tart finish.
